"Didn’t really stop anything"
I bought this thinking it might at least slow someone down a bit, but my catalytic converter still got stolen maybe 2 or 3 months later. The install itself was straightforward, no real complaints there. I’m sure it might help in some situations, but in my case it just didn’t seem to make much difference. After spending around that much money, I was hoping for a better deterrent...

"Fitment info was kind of ridiculous"
I ordered this after putting in my vehicle info, but I still wasn’t totally confident it was the right fit. It did end up working, thankfully, but I had to double-check a bunch of stuff and send a couple emails just to be sure. The product itself was fine, but the compatibility info on the site could definitely be clearer because that part was kind of ridiculous

"Decent site, but not as smooth as promised"
I used millercat.com to look around for parts, it was usable enough. The pages loaded fine and I did eventually find most of what I was looking for, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience.
That said, the site feels more cluttered than I expected, and some product details took way too many clicks to get to. I also thought the search would be more helpful based on how easy they make it sound, but it was kind of hit or miss.

Overall, it works, but it doesn’t really live up to the promise of being simple and straightforward. Not a bad website, just average, and I wish it felt a little easier for someone using it for the first time

"Confused by the emails and no real support"
I emailed customer service twice about my order and never got a proper response. What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, but then another email said something different, so I had no idea what was actually going on. I just felt ignored. Not a great experience, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I was hoping this would last a lot longer, but the material started wearing out quickly. It seemed fine at first, but compared to what I expected, it just didn’t hold up well enough.

"Return process was more trouble than it should’ve been"
I ordered a part from Millercat that ended up not fitting, so I figured an exchange would be straightforward. Nope. It turned into a whole back-and-forth with slow replies, and every time I thought we were getting somewhere, I was asked to send more info.

By the time I finally got the return instructions, a full week had already gone by. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping, which didn’t feel right given the hassle. I’d only order from them again if I was absolutely sure the part was the right one.

I usually stick with this brand because I’ve had good luck with their stuff, so I was a little surprised by how confusing the instructions were. I had to reread a few steps more than once before it clicked. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not as straightforward as I expected

"Bad timing and no local installers"
I was hoping to get this taken care of quickly, but of course the timing couldn’t have been worse. I couldn’t find any installers anywhere close to me, which made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Warranty help worked out, but the changing terms were annoying"
I had to reach out to Millercat about a warranty issue, and it took longer than I thought it would to get a straight answer. What bothered me most was that the terms seemed to change a bit from what I expected, so I had to go back and forth more than I wanted.
They did help me in the end, so I’m not saying it was a terrible experience. I just wish the replies had been faster and the warranty details were clearer from the start. Overall, it was fine, but kind of frustrating

I ordered one specific part and somehow got a totally different one. Like, how does that even happen? I opened the package expecting to get my project done, and instead I’m staring at something I absolutely did not order. It’s probably not the end of the world, but in the moment it felt like my whole day just imploded.

I was in a calm mood when I started, which helped, because the install wasn’t exactly smooth. I did get it on eventually, but the instructions could’ve been clearer. It ended up taking more time than I expected, and I definitely needed another person to help hold things in place.

I bought this from Millercat because I figured it would be something I wouldn’t have to worry about for a while. For the first bit it was fine, and I didn’t think much about it other than when I’d notice it while doing my usual weekend errands and car stuff. But after about a year, little issues started coming up one after another. I reached out for support, but they weren’t really all that helpful, so it ended up being frustrating. I expected it to last longer than it did.

"Hardware was mostly there"
Got my MillerCAT order and most of the hardware was there. Pretty much everything in the box. Install went smooth. Had to double-check a couple small pieces. Nothing major though. Overall, good.

"Fit was right, I just checked twice"
I ordered a cat shield for my Prius from millercat.com, and the fitment info was mostly exactly what I needed. I used the vehicle options on the site, and what came in the box was the right one, so that part was good.

The install lined up with the factory holes and I didn’t have to do any strange trimming or bending situation, which I was glad about. I did watch a video before doing it, because I’m the kind of person who likes to make sure I’m not about to mess it up.

I’m giving 4 stars just because I had to double check the year details before I bought it, and that could maybe be a little clearer. But overall, the part fit good and it worked out fine.

"Okay so far, but I’m still on the fence"
Millercat seems alright and the website does look legit, but I’m not totally confident yet. The info I needed was there, but the tone kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. I’d also feel better seeing more reviews from real buyers. It doesn’t seem like a bad brand or anything, just kind of average to me right now.

"Install was fine, just took longer than expected"
I had a shop install the Millercat shield on my car, and overall it went okay. The shield itself fit well and feels solid so far, so no complaints there. The main issue was that the install took around an hour or two longer than I thought it would, and the final cost ended up being maybe $50-ish more than I had planned. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the estimate or instructions had been a little clearer up front. Overall, it seems like a decent product and the install turned out fine

"Stock info changed after I ordered"
I checked the site earlier in the week and it showed the parts were in stock, so I went ahead and ordered. A little later, after I’d already been waiting around expecting things to move along, I found out they actually weren’t available. It was annoying because I could’ve made other plans sooner. I just wish the inventory info was updated more accurately

"Pretty frustrating overall"
I ordered from Millercat and assumed it would be straightforward, but it ended up being kind of a hassle. Shipping seemed slow, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, so I started thinking something was off. I had to email them more than once just to get a clear answer, which got annoying fast. The part did eventually show up, but by that point I was already irritated. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I’d probably skip them next time.
